A self-driven Investment Manager, he charted his own path by exploring, gaining hands-on market experience that gives him a unique perspective beyond traditional career routes. He specializes in portfolio strategy and uncovering hidden opportunities, driven by a deep passion for applying his skills to generate sustainable alpha.

Paul is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the Asset Management industry. He has held senior leadership roles, including CEO of Old Mutual Asset Management International, Head of EMEA Business Development at RBC Global Asset Management, and most recently, SEO and Head of EMEA & APAC Business at Polen Capital. He has successfully implemented Business and Growth Strategies for a range of well-respected businesses.

Adarsh has more than 2 decades of experience across India and UAE in various industries. From early years in companies like IBM & Suntel to senior leadership at NEC and SHARP in the MEA region. He combines deep technical expertise with business development acumen.

Rajendra has over three decades of investing and trading experience in public equities and commodities. He is highly skilled in technical analysis, with exposure to Neely's Wave Cycle, Fibonacci and Time Cycles. His disciplined approach and deep market insight consistently drive informed investment decisions and alpha generation.

Dr. Bhaskar Dasgupta

Independent Advisor

Dr. Bhaskar Dasgupta is a Board Chairman/Member, Advisor and Investor in banking, markets, crypto, asset management, healthcare and technology. He advises UAE, India and UK-based families and also runs his Abu Dhabi based family office foundation which invests in private equity and startups. He is a visiting faculty member and sits on advisory boards at various universities in the UK, UAE, and India. He advises and works with regulators in UAE, India and elsewhere.

Jason Clark is a seasoned Senior Executive who has held multiple Management roles at leading global and regional financial institutions. He has chaired and served on boards of several asset management and trust companies managing more than US$100 billion across public and private markets. He also contributed to FAB's Irish UCITS management arrangements and its associated traditional and Sharia-compliant funds.
